Center for Human Lymphoma Spatiotemporal Atlas (HuLymSTA)

Overview

This project will develop a comprehensive spatiotemporal atlas of lymphoma, focusing on the transformation of indolent follicular lymphoma into aggressive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and the evolution of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL). The atlas will map the genetic and spatial changes in tumor cells and their microenvironments over time, helping researchers understand the key factors driving cancer progression and resistance to treatment. The insights gained could lead to the identification of biomarkers for earlier intervention and more effective therapies.
